We offer delivery services within Bangalore for an additional fee (if applicable). The delivery fee may vary depending on the distance and the platform you use to order (e.g., directly through our website, or delivery app).

2. Order Processing & Dispatch

• Orders are typically processed within 2 days after confirmation and payment are received.

• Custom cakes can take up to 4 days depending on your requirements.

• Once processed, your cake will be carefully packaged to ensure freshness and safe travel.

3. Delivery Timeframes

We strive to deliver your cake within your chosen timeframe during checkout. However, due to unforeseen circumstances such as heavy traffic or high order volume, slight delays may occur.

4. Delivery Fee

The delivery fee (if applicable) is calculated based on the distance from our location (37/7, 1st Floor, 2nd Cross Rd, NGR Layout, Roopena Agrahara, Bommanahalli, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560068) to your delivery address.

5. Order Tracking

For deliveries placed directly through our website, we will send you a notification with a tracking link (if available) once your order is dispatched.

6. Order Pick-Up

We don't allow orders to be manually picked up by you at our location.
