By accessing the Website or ordering Products, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, then you may not access the Website or order Products.

2. Orders and Payment

• Placing an Order: You can place an order for our Products through our Website, Swiggy and Zomato. Only limited products will be available on swiggy and zomato.

• Payment: We accept payment via UPI Full payment is required before we begin work on your cake.

• Prices: Prices for our Products are listed on the Website. We reserve the right to change prices without notice.

3. Order Confirmation and Changes

• Order Confirmation: Once you place an order, we will send you a confirmation email with the details of your order.

• Changes to Orders: We understand that sometimes plans change. However, changes to orders can only be accommodated with [Specify your policy on order changes, e.g., 48 hours notice] before your scheduled pick-up/delivery date.

4. Delivery and Pick-Up

• Delivery: We offer services within Bangalore for an additional fee (depending on the platform). Orders outside this area may be subject to special arrangements.

• Delivery Time: We will deliver/have your cake ready for pick-up at the time specified in your order confirmation. However, we cannot guarantee exact delivery times due to unforeseen circumstances.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellations: We require one hour's notice for any order cancellations through E-mail or WhatsApp. Cancellations made within this timeframe will be subject to a zero cancellation fee. Orders after this timeframe can't be cancelled.

• Refunds: We will issue a full refund for any cancellations made during the notice period or if we cannot fulfil your order due to unforeseen circumstances. We will not offer refunds for cancellations made after the cancellation notice period or for cakes not picked up or delivered at the designated time.

6. Allergens

Our cakes may contain or come into contact with common allergens such as dairy, wheat, nuts, soy, and eggs. It is your responsibility to inform us of any allergies you or your guests may have at the time of ordering. We cannot be held liable for any allergic reactions resulting from the consumption of our Products.

We strive to provide the highest quality products and services. However, we make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the use of our Website or Products.

We shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of our Website or Products, including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
